The receptionist hung up in my face after I asked for her name - patient information was requested over 2 months ago and I have been told to wait while remaining unmedicated. This is medically neglectful and terrible service.
I've been a patient for over 25 years, this past year the care has really dissipated. He is too busy to actually provide good care to his patients, we are just numbers now. Receptionists are very rude, over the phone or in person, very lazy. No compassion for anyone anymore. Get a new doctor. One who actually cares about you and your families well-being.
Every single time I come here I have to wait at LEAST half an hour before the doctor even gets to me. I’ve even waited a full hour before. VERY frustrating for people who have to work or have other obligations and took time out of their day for an appointment.
