Dr. Frederickson and his staff are always very professional, efficient, and kind. They provide high quality care, are very transparent, and gracious when working through scheduling and insurance issues, among other things. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in the area looking for a dentist.
Staff performed unnecessary services that I hadn’t agreed to, and charged me for them. When I tried to politely rectify the error at the front desk, the secretary called me ‘mentally ill’ in front of patients and staff. Dr. Fredrickson did not return my calls. I would not recommend this office unless you want to be defrauded and humiliated. I would give zero stars if I could, so unprofessional.
I'm not even (yet) a patient at this office, but one of the staff took 20 minutes out of her day to explain to me my options with insurance. I'll definitely be seeing this office. Thanks Ms. Neicey
