I bought a class C RV there in town and started looking for a tire shop to put new tires on it before I drove it 50 miles home. The tires were old and cracked. I called a few places in the area that said they couldn't do it as the tires were an off size. 16 and a half inch rims 10 ply. Then I called Dennis Tires. I told him what I needed. I called to order tires for my car on August 19 and I made an appointment for today August 29 at 8 AM. I had to get up early and get ready. I have a very busy day ahead of me and when I got there I was told oh we can’t find your tires they weren’t ordered, nothing but sorry for your inconvenience and will order them now. I have no idea when these new tires will be in and I was not offered any sort of discount for my inconvenience. I am very disappointed.
