Dennis was amazing! Not only did he pick it up and drop it off, but explained everything to us. Our mower works great now! Really good price too. We’ll be coming back to Dennis for our Snowblower and generator too!
Guy sold me a push blower, a rider, a hand held blower, and an edger. Edger never completed my yard b4 it quit running, I took it to have it fixed and he charged me 118.00, i told him to keep it in better words, push blower has leaked gas from the day I bought it, entire shop smells like gas, have to leave out side till all fuel leaks out and they never responded to me on that. I chose Dennis Small engine Repair because I support small community businesses. In this case that was a huge mistake. I brought him an engine from my Cyclone Rake. Dennis himself helped me and told me he could only replace the engine due to age. I left the engine for him to shop for a comparable engine to replace it with. A few days later he called and informed me he found a new replacement engine. He quoted me a price $200 more than the estimate he had earlier provided. Excellent service and fair prices!
I called Dennis' Small Engine to service my zero turn mower. I bought it new from another dealer 4 years ago and had it serviced by that dealer multiple times for a problem on the engine cutting out when dropping the blade. They could never solve the problem, said it wasn't out of the ordinary and told me to just pull the choke up before dropping the blade. I related this problem to Dennis and he fixed it! I can't thank him enough and highly recommend him. Service was great and pricing was fair. Thank you Dennis!
