I brought my lawn mower in for service and will never be back. Let me start by saying my lawnmower was in their possession 49 days, sitting for weeks before starting the work. After many unanswered calls or returned messages I finally got them on the phone where they told me they will get to it and to “chill”. The work was eventually completed and they called for payment on Wed June 17th. I pay the bill and was told they would drop it off to me later today “for the inconvenience”. I dropped my push mower off to get a tune up and serviced, not only was it with in the time I was told to be finished and delivered back to me. It ran better and looked and ran like I just bought it. His shop cleaned and change all filters with oil. I strongly recommend his shop to take care of any and all needs for your small motors services or repairs. Thanks to Dennis and his employees for a timely services that satisfies my need. And going the extra length of quality service
The owner is extremely personable and reliable. he stood by his work and his word. we had a small miscommunication and even after I found out that I was wrong he still hooked me up just so he satisfied my expectations. it was a wonderful experience getting my 4 wheeler fixed for 4 the summer!!
Right before a big storm was the worst time to screw up my snowblower. I contacted Dennis and asked for a repair that was outside of his normal type of service. No problem. He was here extremely quick and the repair was made even quicker. Second time I’ve used this business and it will be the only one I use! Thank you Dennis for going above and beyond.
