STAY AWAY!!! If I could give negative stars I would. This isn’t a business it’s criminal. Took our item said it was ready and now won’t return calls and will not give our item back. My husband goes there and even though a car is there he won’t answer. We had to hire a lawyer. Total fraud and criminal.
Dropped off my mower in early May for repair. After repeated calls, I still do not have an answer, or my repaired mower as of late September. Do not use. Complete fraud. Worst experience I have ever had.
A complete and utter fraud. Do not bring your equipment to this man, he will lie to your face & not do the job that you pay for. I paid for parts that were never put on. He returned the mower and said it was ready. I took it home and soon realized that no new parts were put on and it was doing exactly what i originally took it in for. I would give a zero if I could. This is a complete FRAUD. He said he needed to pick up my 4x4 and charged me $90.00. On the day he's supposed to pick up, no call no show and now he doesn't return calls nor texts! And in spite of me repeatedly asking for him to refund the $90.00 - no refund has been issued. Beware of this fraudulently company!
First, let me say, my issue is not with their quality of work. I had taken equipment to them on a previous occasion and I was completely satisfied, including with the communication with them. The service was done in the time frame announced from the start. This occasion was COMPLETELY different from my first experience, and in the worst way.
