I would give a zero if I could. This is a complete FRAUD. He said he needed to pick up my 4x4 and charged me $90.00. On the day he's supposed to pick up, no call no show and now he doesn't return calls nor texts! And in spite of me repeatedly asking for him to refund the $90.00 - no refund has been issued. Beware of this fraudulently company!
First, let me say, my issue is not with their quality of work. I had taken equipment to them on a previous occasion and I was completely satisfied, including with the communication with them. The service was done in the time frame announced from the start. This occasion was COMPLETELY different from my first experience, and in the worst way. One star is being overly generous. Cannot stress enough not to use this business, which is a shame since it's always nice to support the local guys. The owner simply has NO INTEGRITY! Sweet talks but it's all lies. Tells you one thing then it never happens or is delayed. This was the case for pickup, dropoff, the actual work timing and costs. Been here several times, the service is friendly and the repairs are done right. They took the time to look at my power washer on site and were able to fix it, took it home. Works great!!
I brought my lawn mower in for service and will never be back. Let me start by saying my lawnmower was in their possession 49 days, sitting for weeks before starting the work. After many unanswered calls or returned messages I finally got them on the phone where they told me they will get to it and to “chill”. The work was eventually completed and they called for payment on Wed June 17th. I pay the bill and was told they would drop it off to me later today “for the inconvenience”.
