I brought my car in on 11/10/15 for what I was already told was a missing bolt on the exhaust system. After almost an hour and $50.00 later I was told I would need a part and would be charged a minimum of an additional $120.00. I told them to order the part. I still had not heard from them by 11/12 so I contacted them and they said the part was not ordered. They were supposed to order the part.
