Great experience mechanic .
Dennis' Service Center does great work. If you had a not so great experience a while back it was because the owner was on a leave not avoidable....but he is back! GREAT customer service and pays attention to detail. I'm a woman....and yes one of those women who knows nothing about cars. But he took the time to explain and physically show me what was going on so I could understand and see for myself and not just tell me stuff I don't understand and be taken advantage of. Best mechanic around.
I bought a fairly old car off Dennis, an '87 Tercel. About a week later, while pulling into my driveway, the part of the frame that hold's the driver's side lower control arm to the car had snapped, rendering the car un-drivable. Upon informing Dennis of the situation, he had the car towed back down to his shop, where he custom made the piece of frame that had rotted away. He also repaired the passenger side before it snapped, ALL FREE OF CHARGE!!!! Definitely my primary mechanic after that experience.
