Attempted to utilize this company. An extremely rude female answered the phone and was 1) not helpful and 2) degrading. Interactions like this deserve a negative review and will not be getting my business. If zero stars was an option that would be my rating. Do better.
Used one of their competitors once, and it seemed like his fancy new truck came with a real premium price. No issues with these guys…
If you are looking for a professional septic service that will show up on time or call you if they are unable to keep the appointment DO NOT call Dennis septic. I waited a week for the appointment today and took the day off work to allow access to the septic system. No call and no one answered the phone at the business??? Very Disappointed!!!!!!
