I wanted to share my recent experience with Searles Chevrolet in Caledonia. I have been a customer there for a few years and have usually dealt with Rob in the service department, which has always been great and no complaints. Last week upon dropping my vehicle off for the day for an oil change, I was contacted a few hours later to let me know there had been an accident with a technician backing another vehicle out of the bay and hit my vehicle that was parked waiting for its oil change. I just purchased a car here after hunting around for weeks. Amelia had been helping me. Friendly, intelligent, helpful and they were able to safety the car for me the NEXT DAY! I really appreciate that level of customer service. I would definitely recommend them.
First of all the owner does not adhere to GM policy’s regarding certain programs that he participates in. On top of that the owner is not a nice person whatsoever and all I received on the phone was pure rudeness and too be completely honest the guy sounds like a 12 year old child with a temper tantrum, not only did he try to overcharge me on the veichle, but even when I said yes to buying the truck he said he would not sell me the truck and then hung up on me.
