I called to ask about a 2025 TRAX, the sales person was talking to me as if I owe him money!!!! After talking to him, I changed my mind and I'm going with another dealership. I have talked to many salesmen, and this one was definitely the lowest pleasing one.
Honestly, the rudest people answering the phones I’ve ever encountered. They hang up on you and yell at you. Someone gotta fix them up or fire them or train them better
This place is stupid for parts one of the technicians didn’t even know what I was talking about it took the first guy I actually called to figure it out😂😂
