Doctor Rousseau took time to explain my procedure and options in length. He did not rush me and answered all my questions and concerns easing my fears.

Love the staff and the doctor. Waited for an hour to be called to an exam room. Another 30 minutes in the exam room to over hear that Athena was down and that an email was sent about it. I know Athena being down was beyond the staff’s control. But no one came out to inform of the wait time or to discuss that Athena was down.
