Dr. Carstens, I am beyond angry and disappointed. During our first visit, even though we had a confirmed appointment, we were told there was an urgent patient, so you rushed through a brief consultation and sent us home. We then waited patiently for four weeks to come back, holding the appointment card your staff gave us, only to be told today that our booking wasn’t even in your system. Dr Carstens is consistently behind schedule, I'm used to waiting typically 60 minutes from the scheduled time to be seen, but on my most recent visit she skipped over my appointment completely and I left after 90 minutes. Changing practices after this experience.
Dr. Carstens is the best doctor I've ever seen. She is very thorough and truly cares about her patients. All the receptionists and nurses are professional. Everyone is very nice and knows exactly what they're doing. The wait time is totally worth it.
Easy to book and lovely staff. Dr Suntha is always prompt and is an excellent doctor.
