I called fairly late in the afternoon on a Friday, close to 4pm. Clint answered, apologized for being in traffic and needed to call me right back. He called me back within 15 minutes, asked a few questions, informed me about the warranty on my machine, asked what my schedule was like, and then asked if he could come right then. I was available so he came right over. He helped diagnosis the problem. Our dishwasher stopped working and Kent(I think that’s his name!) came out the same day and diagnosed the issue. He ordered the part and came back two days later once it was in and fixed our dishwasher. He was incredibly polite and professional. We will definitely use this company again in the future!
My dryer recently quit heating. I left Dennis a voicemail first thing Friday morning, he followed up, worked me into their busy schedule, and had my dryer running by Saturday afternoon. Technician was polite, and completed the job in a timely manner. Pricing was very reasonable. Thanks Dennis Refrigeration!
