Great doctor! Always willing to help you understand what’s going on.
Dr. Rafaill is one of the best in the area. He’s always been very supportive, attentive and kind in my care needs. He’s very open to listening to my concerns and questions and has been nothing short of amazing as my primary care. Unfortunately with DMC’s decision to move him from DMC’s network they’re making patients return to their office to update prescriptions and previous referrals. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rafaill’s since he started in practice. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought the DMC would push him out. At my age I don’t plan on searching for a new doctor. I will certainly follow him. DMC take note - I have a whole new (and negative) of opinion of your system.
