Dr. Rafaill has been my Doctor for several years and I have recommended him to others who now also are his patients. Doctor Rafaill always takes his time to answer any questions or address any concerns.

Very disappointed. Last 4 appointments have been cancelled last minute. Waited over a month to get an appointment and then on the day of the appointment they cancelled it.
