The actual dentist is a nice guy. However his office staff are a bunch of nasty, mean and disgusting people. I would never go back based solely on the poor behavior of Maria, the office manager. I called six months after my operation after I found out they never billed my insurance to get them to resolve it. Need an emergency tooth extraction for an out-of-town family member. My dentist referred us to this practice, and we were able to get an appointment shortly after the practice opened. The surgery was quick and painless, and the environment was warm and welcoming. What more could you possibly ask for? I was exceptionally pleased….
Dr. Matthew was amazing! I have struggled with going to the dentist and now I am straying my journey of taking better care of myself. Dr. Matthew and his team put my fear at ease. He spoke so kindly and made me feel comfortable. I gelt no pain during the extraction and he talked to me the entire time. The staff were so nice and friendly!
I was not treated well l by the ladies at the front desk. Wasn't greeted. .. was demanded to pay $550 up front before they would even start the procedure on my son. They told me I was late when I actually arrived 4 minutes before my appointment. Told them I was stuck in traffic and they acted like that didn't believe me. They made me cry and didn't even bother to apologize. I've had five kids and have been to hundreds of doctors offices in 5 different states and never felt this degrades abs upset. Ever. Do better.
I had a lovely experience. Everyone was extremely efficient during my wisdom teeth getting removed. The recovery was quick, and swelling was minimal. When I threw up after anesthesia they were quick to answer the phone, and dispense medication so I could start my meds.
