Dennis helped us with the closing for selling our home and purchasing a new one. When we bought our new home, we noticed that there were leaks in the basement that wasn’t discovered due to shelves blocking the wall. Dennis helped us by going after the seller for latent defect and was able to get us the funds we paid to repair the damage. Dennis was also easy to get a hold of and answered questions we had promptly. Would highly recommend Dennis for your real estate transactions.
Useless. Doesn't make any effort to fight for the clients. If it wasn't for legal-aid, no one would even hire you. You failed me and my child. You let the abuser father destroy my child, and at the age of 18, my child took his own life from all the traumas he endured. Please people, stay away from him if you care about your children. I know it can sound like a fake of an imbalanced person, it doesn't matter to me. My conscience is clean now, I spoke out my truth.
