Great provider for our whole family. Dean is a fantastic optician helping choose and fit glasses. Dr McLean fitted a family member having double vision with prism lenses. A nice comprehensive exam for all. Been patients there for 8 years.
We've been patients here for the past 3 years. Typically the experience is pleasant. We just saw Dr. Mclean today and the entire experience has caused me to search for another provider. We went in for a routine appointment with interest in contacts since my 13 year old plays basketball and can't wear his glasses during the game. The issue started when we went to pay for the visit. We have been going to Dr. McLean for many years and always have appreciated her genuine interest in and care about what's best for her patients.
We have utilized them for years, at one time we tried some less expensive places, but all I can say is you get what you pay for! I spent a year in glasses that were horrid. One trip back to see Dr. McLean and all was right with the world. LOVE these people, Dr. McLean, Brad, everyone is just delightful and caring and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure things are perfect for us. Highly recommend trying them out!
My family and I have been going to Lauck & McLean for 15-ish years. At first this was expensive, but so worth it! The doctors remained very good, the frames are rugged (but SOO EXPENSIVE), and the lenses and contacts have always been right. The last few years the service has deteriorated. The desk staff is not overtly rude, but seem very unconcerned and disinterested in the patients that come in. It's odd, really.
