Put in a new heat pump - the Newton crew came out in an ice storm to install it and did an amazing job! All the workers were polite and professional. Highly recommend.
Wonderful to work with. They installed a fairly complex generator setup that required: - Trenching - Doing some significant electrical work within the house - Advising us on placement in a somewhat complex site The whole team was very professional, timely, pleasant, smart, and easy to work with. I'd highly recommend.
The crew was professional, respectful of my home and me, and completed the work as described and on time. I had many questions and they answered with patience. I also got a thorough tutoring on the controls for the heat pumps. Highly recommend Dennis and his crew.

Totally professional installation of our first heat pump. The only downside is that they are busy and it was more than 8 months from first contact to installation.
