Dr. Hughes is an exceptional doctor who will be greatly missed in Belmont, CA. I was fortunate to be under his care—he consistently took time to explain and address every concern with genuine compassion. He even called me outside office hours to go over lab results, showing rare dedication. I wholeheartedly recommend him and wish him the best in his new practice—his future patients are lucky to have him.
Known him for a few years. Takes the time to explain and is really big on preventative measures/treatments. Doesn’t try to cut the costs on analyses/tests. Open to new possibilities and latest research. Highly recommend

Dr. Dennis Hughes, an Internal Medicine physician, has been my PCP since 2021. He demonstrates, on a daily basis, important aspects needed to be outstanding in the medical profession: extremely knowledgeable, a strong communicator, a great listener (interested in a patient's history), an empathetic care giver, he will always provide the needed amount of time to address any patient's health issue.
