In 2013, Dr. Carter performed my laparoscopic partial hysterectomy. He left a bleed for 36. My bp dropped and I was unconscious with a descended abdomen. A nurse finally called the alarm. Emergency surgery and blood transfusion. Experienced TRALI, bilateral DVT’s, PE, intubation, life support in the CCU. Family came to say goodbye to me including my traumatized children.
