SCAMMER!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. Black people are treated so poorly in this nation, no matter how GREAT your insurance is. I went to see "Dr." Dennis Moore and it was the worse experience I have ever had in my lifetime. He is NOT knowledgeable at all and has no customer service skills. He came in and once he saw me he had a poor attitude as if he didnt care to work with a young Black woman. Dr. Moore was funny, friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend him.
Not a pleasant visit with Dr. Moore. I went in to get my hearing checked and address what I thought was an ear infection. I choose Dr. Moore based on Loyola’s ENT website and how he specializes in specifically the ears vs nose or throat concerns. Part of the check-in process was to measure pain discomfort. When I met Dr. Moore, he never introduced himself and proceeding to clean the wax from my ears without describing to me what measures he was taking to do it (I have a tube inside my ear so cannot have any liquid pass throu... read more
Dr. Moore spent all the required time to assess my hearing issue and advise on how to proceed with future testing.
I have been very satisfied with the care I have received from Dr.Moore. He is knowledgeable and caring. He “goes the extra mile” in explaining and communicating information to the patient. I would recommend him as being an excellent choice for anyone.
