In my opinion, this man is worthless! Since 2023, I’ve been very lightheaded, with constant headaches and balance problems. I was referred here by my neurologist Dr. Wilson. Dr. Moore gave me a hearing test, then explained that your inner ear has nothing to do with balance. Baloney. He even noted that my Romberg test was normal. Dr. Moore didn’t even test me! SCAMMER!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. Black people are treated so poorly in this nation, no matter how GREAT your insurance is. I went to see "Dr." Dennis Moore and it was the worse experience I have ever had in my lifetime. He is NOT knowledgeable at all and has no customer service skills. He came in and once he saw me he had a poor attitude as if he didnt care to work with a young Black woman. Dr. Moore was funny, friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend him.
Not a pleasant visit with Dr. Moore. I went in to get my hearing checked and address what I thought was an ear infection. I choose Dr. Moore based on Loyola’s ENT website and how he specializes in specifically the ears vs nose or throat concerns. Part of the check-in process was to measure pain discomfort.
