Great place!!
Jesse kindly assessed a situation that had concerned us on our road trip from California. He did some diagnosing, determined the issue was not urgent , explained the issue to us, told us how to manage the issue on our return trip. He was very professional, polite and explained everything to us. And he would not take payment for his time!! We would definitely recommend his shop should diagnostics be needed. He was very reassuring!
I can’t say enough how satisfied I am with the exemplary service we received from this local gem of a company. The team at Dennis Mitchell went above and beyond to take care of our Dodge Caravan. We received updates as they were available and they were honest and upfront about the costs associated and stuck with the original quote even though it was more in depth than originally expected. We will never forget how welcoming and thoughtful they were and we will only use them for any maintenance or repairs needed in the future.
