Ingram Park Mazda BEWARE! A dear friend of mine who is 83 years old went to Ingram Park Mazda to get an oil change. He was approached by a salesman in which my friend thought was a mechanic. They took his keys and refused to give them back. After about three hours they convinced my friend to sign a paper that he thought was a work order for an oil change. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Watch out!!! They love to sell and that is it. Have a problem with your vehicle go somewhere else. They will not get to the root of any problem and you spend a lot of time bringing it back. Make an appointment doesn't matter you still wait and wait. Avoid like the plague if you want good customer service even after you buy a vehicle.
