I don’t often write reviews but this was an especially bad experience. Tom in service was extremely rude, and always acted like I was bothering him when I would call to check in on the status, they must have caller ID because he would hang up on me when I called. My mower went in for service towards the end of July and just got it back a few days ago, he also told me one price, and then the final bill was almost a hundred more. Terrible customer service!
Told them about my lawn mowers blade not turning to cut my grass I just put a new belt on it but couldn't get it to spin . Clean slate took my mower kept it for a month because they were too busy. Finally got it back and the belt snapped on me not even 10 mins into cutting my yard. The belt isn't even the same belt I bought for it l. Pretty sure they swapped it with an older belt. Bought a zero turn Gravely from them. Sales staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed me to tryout the mower at my house before the purchase. Great experience all around! Recommend highly!
I bought an old Snapper mower that the team refurbished, and it works awesome! The best lawn care purchase I've ever made, I can't recommend Tim and the team at Clean Slate enough, they are a fantastic crew!
