Was very disappointed with the customer service. I am new to the area so I am looking for a dentist. Called early in the morning to potentially schedule 2 appointment. One for me (who has state insurance) and one for my husband who would be a cash patient. Upon answering the phone, the receptionist say no and hangs up when I ask if they take state insurance? Really liking this dental office. Dr. Nierengarten and his staff treat you with respect!! Very kind! They explain everything to you so there's no surprises. I feel like a person and not just a patient being "herded" through so that the next one can quickly been seen. I definitely recommend this office.
