Mr. Lopez appraised my parents’ home in Clearwater Hills in 2021. I do not recommend him. He substantially under-appraised the property. His appraisal, which he performed immediately before the property was listed for sale, was $800,000 below the selling price and $1M+ below the fair market value of the property. In other words, he under-appraised the house by at least 33% and more likely around 50%, which is totally unacceptable. He clearly does not understand the real estate market.
