I have been trying for 2 months to get my contact prescription correct. I’m given trials that aren’t correct. I have to call multiple times to get anyone to answer the phone and today I was hung up on when I called multiple times. Nobody returns phone calls and when you do finally get someone they have to take a message and never call you back. I spent money out of pocket and now will be finding a new eye doctor and disputing the charges on my credit card because I can’t even get my correct prescription put into the system. ... read more
