We went this morning for our appointment as a new patient and our appointment was not what we expected nor wanted absolutely unacceptable. We were told over the phone that they accept the CDCP /Canadian dental care plan. The receptionist didn’t check the paper and submit after that she told us that coverage was not available as the effective date didn’t start.
