Dr. Jensen is nice enough, but the incompetence of his staff is inexcusable. My mom has had a confirmed UTI for 5 days now. Her in home nurse has faxed the test results and called for the past three days. Dr. Jensen's staff has completely FAILED to get antibiotics called into the pharmacy. Someone literally had one job.
Dr Jensen is a really caring Doctor who listens to his patients. He has helped me a number of times and appreciate his dedication to his patients. John Hartley
