Great Doctor
When I first entered the doctor's office I was contacted by Jason. Jason was not very friendly. He seemed sad. After waiting in the lobby for a short period a young lady called my name. She didn't say hello or good morning, she just said, "follow me". She seemed angry. After waiting a short period, Dennis Ponzio entered my exam room. I explained to the doctor my experience with the nurse and he shrugged his shoulders and said, "I just stay clear of her". He offered no solution or apology. Great doctor.
My husband went to "Dr" Ponzio FOUR times over 3 months complaining of severe headaches, nausea and vomiting. Each time he was sent home with muscle relaxants and a pat on the back to go home and have a beer and he was fine. The last time my husband went I accompanied him. Ponzio was so offended by my questions that he leaned back against the counter, crossed his arms and said to me So you seem to know everything what would you do? I said give him an MRI!
