Do not take your car there, especially if it is part of a recall. The service advisor put in for a goodwill engine replace instead of a recall replacement. Then I had to deal with Hyundai customer service for 2 months because of the service advisor’s mistake (that he refused to correct). I ended up going to a different dealership and had no issues.
I've been struggling with an engine issue for months. The service team here went o bat for me and worked hard to get my engine replaced under warranty. They did a great job. It's running like new now! A special shout out to Mark in the service department. He really went above and beyond.
