They took too long to fix the car for a simple battery failure
Had an appointment at 7 AM for a diagnostic on my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe and was in and out within an hour. My service advisor, John Bricker, was fantastic, friendly, and professional. The team quickly found the issue, confirmed it was covered under warranty, and ordered the part right away. They said it should arrive within a week and will notify me once it’s in to schedule the installation. Really impressed with their service team overall, keep up the great work!
e: “I went there because my check engine light was on. They told me it would cost $179 and I agreed. After that, they charged me around $896.83.but they didn’t fix anything — I still have the same problem,and now my car won’t start.I had very disappointing experience.The service was terrible and not worth the money.I won’t be coming back.
