In March, my 2016 Hyundai Tucson broke down, and we took it to an outside shop to get it evaluated. The outside shop said there was difficulty with the engine, and I should take it to Hyundai because it should still be under warranty. Turns out my engine died with only 86,000 miles on it. Took car in to service for recall work at our 9:30 am appointment. We all agreed that 2:30pm same day was reasonable for completion. No contact at all by 2:30pm- so I called. Here, I received no respect, no common courtesy, no professionalism, no concern, no desire to help in any way, and service writer did not volunteer information about current status or completion time.
