My car was in the shop to repair from a deer accident and it was in the shop for 32 days. I was never updated on the progress of repair. I called and then got updated . My insurance had a limit of money for rental car. I had to turn the rental in and was informed my car would be ready by Friday. Someonr had called and said my car was ready.
