Purchased a house in 2024 that was built in 2024. Second owner, but first owner never lived in the home. Three months after buying the home the septic was leaking all out into the yard. Contacted Dennis to come out and cover under warranty, He came out after many calls, looked at it, then said he would come back to fix but completely avoided me.
