They will leave maintenance issues unfired for MONTHS. If you are even a day late they start eviction paperwork. Emails go unanswered for weeks. The guy who's supposed to take care of the apartment units is a jerk. He has an attitude and treats everyone in the complex like we are his subjects. This housing "authority" is nothing more than a collection of thieves taking advantage of impoverished people. If you want care free and safe living AVOID DENNIS HOUSING AUTHORITY.
