I was a patient of Dr Hoffman about 15 years ago to 20 years ago every time I went to the office they wanted to give me a pulmonary function test yes I had COPD and asthma. Whenever I needed to go back to him because I had an issue breathing he would just throw samples of Albuterol inhalers at me and talk down to me like I didn't know my own health. Do not waste your time trying to get an appointment the reception team is incompetent and unhelpful. Nobody answers the phones and if they do they put you on hold and hang up on you rinse and repeat. I’ve been calling for 6 months to make one appointment and it’s honestly a joke. I’d give zero stars if it was a thing. Two thumbs down you guys suck.
I never meet Dr. Hoffman because they never answer the phone. You can leave a message but they never call you back. I have tried multiple times! I gave up calling another doctor that answers the phone.
Dr Dennis Hoffman no longer accepts referrals from the Veterans Administration. I guess they don't pay him enough to provide services to our veterans! What a patriot!
First off when I got to see the doctor he was 45 minutes late, but I do have to say he was a very nice man very attentive. But his office help and follow ups are absolutely unequivocally horrible. They took my $25 co-pay to this day they have never called me back to set up the appointment for the test I was supposed to have, I have called her twice and both times they told me they would submit it to the insurance company and they would get back to me and they never have.
