Waited a whole month for my appointment just to be told to do an at home sleep test when I could’ve had that scheduled way earlier with my primary. This office made it seem that they would be able to accommodate me for a in person facility test. Front desk lady in general was rude and not wanting/willing to help most of the time. This office is very poorly run. Over a week of phone calls and emails to get a copy of my CPAP prescription. The first email was missing the attachment, and the follow-up was missing the physician's signature (unusable). Just more reinforcement to the feeling that this field as a whole is a money mill.

Natalia Angelov, made a remarkable difference in my father’s care. She helped him safely get out of a tracheotomy that was initially placed by Vista Hospital and, in the first place, wasn’t needed. From the very beginning, she treated our family with kindness and respect, always making us feel supported and informed. Her compassion, patience, and dedication went above and beyond, and we are truly grateful for the care she provided. She treated my father not just as a patient, but as family.

I’ve been with Dr Hoffman for a few years now. He’s a great guy listens to you, makes suggestions, helps you out. This review is not about him. My beef is they don’t answer their phone, when you call to make appointments. I’ve called twenty times and left messages with the after hours and they still don’t call you back. It’s time to find a new doctor. Sad I like Dr Hoffman
