Stay away from this place! Dr. Feldman's nurse, Jackie, is the worst! She's rude and lazy and I was also surprised to learn she is also the office manager. I never had a problem with Dr. Feldman but he should know what is going on in his office and if his staff aren't doing their job. A prescription that Dr. Feldman sent in for me took 3 months to fill due to Jackie. I also had an order sent to Advent Hospital for paracentesis that she messed up. I have been a satified patient of Dr. Feldman's for many years, but my recent experience with my colonoscopy appointment was not positive. I submitted comprehensive online records of my medical conditions for his review and others for the anesthesiologist's review. However, apparently the records were not reviewed and my other doctors not consulted before I did the dreaded prep and then arrived at the surgical center, since I was told by Dr. Feldman after the IV was already in my arm that the procedure could not be performed... read more

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Feldman for a 5 year follow up colonoscopy. The appointment was fairly quick, but to schedule the procedure took a week and a half for the scheduler to return my phone calls. First I was told it would take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours to get scheduled then I was being told it would take up to 2 weeks. I finally received a call back from the scheduler, no apology for not returning any of my phone calls. She was quite abrupt on the phone. Office staff is very rude. And unable to review the Dr as I never got to see him. I'd never recommend him based on how rude his staff is
