Stay away from this place! Dr. Feldman's nurse, Jackie, is the worst! She's rude and lazy and I was also surprised to learn she is also the office manager. I never had a problem with Dr. Feldman but he should know what is going on in his office and if his staff aren't doing their job. A prescription that Dr. Feldman sent in for me took 3 months to fill due to Jackie. I also had an order sent to Advent Hospital for paracentesis that she messed up. I had a colonoscopy over 3 Weeks ago. I called 5 times in the last 10 days to find out the results from my biopsy and they keep giving me the run around. I would never go to this doctor ever!!!!!! Beware!
Awful follow up AND scheduling. My husband showed up for his scheduled colonoscopy on November 11. We get all the way down there The day after he had to drink all of the required potions to clean out his systemand they realize that someone in the scheduling department forgot to schedule him. They ultimately get him in a few hours later. That was on a Monday. they said they should have the results within five days. The anesthesiologist Doctor Feldman worked with was friendly and the colonoscopy was painless. Both the anesthesiologist and Doctor Feldman saw me before the procedure and then again after the procedure. Prior to it, they explained what would happen. Afterward, Doctor Feldman provided both a verbal and a written description of what he found. Nurses were friendly, efficient, and competent, throughout. I am 58 years old and have never written a bad review.But I felt inclined to because of wanting to let people know. This was one of the worst experiences at a doctors office that I’ve ever had. Non-caring non-friendly staff and Dr I felt rushed in and out, he wouldn’t give me a chance to answer the questions that he asked before cutting me off and ask me something else wasn’t even listening
