My wife and I hired Denney in August 2021 to remodel our three-level Lake Tahoe townhome. His schedule was reasonable - 12 weeks, but the price was a little bit expensive considering that it did not not include HVAC and cabinets. Contrary to California law, he wanted $32,000 down payment. My husband and I hired Denny as a General Contractor for a remodel (paid $70k). Denney repeatedly missed deadlines, lied about ordering materials, filed for bankruptcy, abandoned our project (unfinished), and ultimately stole over $10,000 from us. It was a big mistake to work with Denny.

We hired Denny and his team to remodel several rooms in our new house. Denny started the work on time and stayed well within the budget. The work is impeccable. He is thorough and detail-oriented. He even added extra touches that complemented the project without extra cost. We will definitely hire him again.
