I had an issue with my hot water tank… I knew based on what research I did that the bottom element of the tank was likely burnt out as the hot water when turned on, only produced luke warm water. I called around and everyone seemed to be busy and unable to address my issue. I was then referred to Dennis Fransky by someone in the area and called this man up.
