Wonderful experience. Staff helpful, and friendly! I was here for 9 days and everyone made my stay as enjoyable as possible.!!. Dr Dennis Febinger is an A+ surgeon. Top of the line and the very best thru portland , as far away as Seattle. I wouldn't be surprised if that included Seattle! He is caring, explains everything throughly and makes you feel like you are important to him! He's the best! In my opinion!! I am very happy that he did my surgery! My son saw Dr. Febenger for a collapsed lung, he was in his early 20’s at the time. He was (is) also a drug addict. He was sober during this period of time and the collapsed lung had nothing to do with his addiction. My sons addiction however caused him to have a very low tolerance for pain - which made it super challenging to deal with surgery and the pain of a tube in his lung, he was ‘needy’ as the nurses put it.
