Stay away from the service department. They wanted to charge for just checking on a Stihl battery purchased from them. I highly recommend going to Eastham ACE-Stihl Dealer. Great service there and no hassle. Also open on the weekends unlike Dennis Equipment.
Been going there for years! Awesome people
Lots of equipment, but prices are high, and once they learned I wasn't going to spend 10k on a new mower, they lost all interest
They sold me a part that should have been covered by warranty for my Stihl loppers. They lied and told me it wasn't covered by warranty. I called Stihl afterwards, and they told me I Indeed should have been covered by warranty.
