Very poor experience. The dealership refused to clearly disclose the APR upfront and focused only on the monthly payment. When it was finally mentioned, the APR was between 26–30%, which is extremely high for a new vehicle. They also ran my credit without my permission, which is unacceptable. Several dealer add-ons were used to inflate the price with little transparency. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. Setting up an appointment is meaningless. They’ll set you up an appointment but the techs won’t even touch your car until HOURS later.
After having a horrible experience at another dealership, I was leary of using another one for vehicle service. However, after the amazing service I received today, I will gladly return for any further maintenance and repair work. Thank you, Taylor, for going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of today.
