Dennis knows what he's doing. Needed a dryer converted to propane and him and his son Neil came out to fix it very quickly. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing or appliance service. They did a great job!
Dennis and Neal came out on this extremely hot and humid day to replace a hot water heater. They worked extra hard to finish the job same day so my husband and I wouldn't have to go another hour with hot water. My husband and I appreciate their genuine efficiency, integrity, and kindness.
I had a wonderful experience with DDI Plumbing and especially with Dennis. Even while he was out of town gathering equipment for other jobs, he took the time to patiently walk me through resolving my plumbing issue over the phone. His care, professionalism, and willingness to help went above and beyond what I expected. It’s rare to find someone so committed to customer service, and I truly appreciated his guidance. I highly recommend DDI Plumbing for their integrity, responsiveness, and dedication to their customers.
Ever since we moved to Lake Riverside Estates, I've know I could rely on Dennis to take care of all our plumbing needs. We've used him to assist with everything from inside plumbing to irrigation system to fixing propane gas line leaks. He's easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and good at what he does.
