David Young was fast and efficient.
I was shocked when they said it was a piece of thread that prevented my rear hatch lock from latching. I had a friend and myself look at it before I took it to the dealership. Neither of us noticed thread in the locking mechanism. I looked at it when I had sun light on 12/24 and noticed a grease was put on the latch mechanism which was not there before. Just a little confused as they didn't show me the thread.
