Mitch was excellent. We've always gotten great service at Dennis Dillon for our Mazda but this was our first time working with Mitch. We went in for routine mileage-based maintenance and were blown away by his customer service and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to explain exactly what we needed, exactly what repairs were done. Excellent service, easy to schedule. The agent Mitch is always on point, always updating, providing accurate feedback, accessible and always has a great attitude, even on a late afternoon he always seems to have pleasant customer service ethics. I recommend him and the service team highly.
