I had to have my car towed there from Boise. You were very busy, and wouldn't be able to look at my Jeep till Tuesday or Wednesday. Turns out my cam shaft sensor was bad needed to be replaced also the battery. Now my Jeep runs great, no engine light on. We have been trying to schedule an appointment for a week and cannot get anyone to return calls or respond to online appointment requests. Every time we call we are transferred to a voicemail with no response. Love our GMC but will purchase from a different location in the future.
Chris chambers in parts is a big help and very knowledgable.
Brandi Jacoby in the service department is the best. She has went above and beyond to take care of me. I’ve purchased 2 brand new vehicles from there and she has made it easy for me any time I had any issues and needed them serviced. I would give her 10 stars if it allowed me.
Been there twice now with my brand new 2025 GMC Sierra 2500HD, granted I bought it out of state, but still all dealers are suppose to fix any warranty issues around the country. Took it there because the alignment was off when I bought it, the HUD system was and still showing like double numbers like it’s out of focus.
