My Favourite Type of Doc – Dr. Dilley is fantastic! He is the type of doctor that wants you healthy and then doesn't want to see you because he has given you the medicine and care needed. I LOVE this type of doctor and have found his care to be excellent! Dr. Dilley has brought my asthma to almost nil and the allergens are very much so under control. Thank you, Dr. Dilley!

Blessed By Dr. Dilley AND His Staff – My adult daughter's insurance "forced" her to change allergists and that is when I met Dr. Dennis Dilley. After more than a year with Dr. Dilley, my daughter told me, "Mom, you have to go to him for yourself." I did and I am so very thankful. One in a million – I have been seeing Dr. Dilley now for the past 2 years. I moved to San Antonio 21 years ago coming from that state on the left coast that seems to be free of allergies. Over the years my "hacking & hewing" just kept getting worse and worse with each passing season (read: mountain cedar). An excellent specialist who really cares about his patients – I've been a patient of Dr. Dennis Dilley for over a decade. Thanks to Dr. Dilley and his dedication to his profession, my life has dramatically improved. When my allergies attacked, especially during Mt. The Best Allergist In Texas – I've known Dr Dennis Dilley for at least twelve years. I never knew that a person could develop allergies when they are middle aged. But that happened to me. My work schedule makes it difficult for me to be seen by a doctor when I have a problem. Dr. Dilley and his staff not only understood my situation, but they found strategies to help me, at home and while I'm traveling. Absolutely the best in the business. 'Nuf said.

IN RESPONSE TO ARROGANT/RUDE – Dilley Allergy & Asthma regrets that this individual took out his parking lot frustrations on our staff by exhibiting rude, disrespective and abnoxious behavior. We have never experienced the likes of this type of outburst from anyone visiting our clinic. ARROGANT/RUDE – NASTY ATTITUDE/ARROGANT: Called to set appointment, waited three weeks for appointment. Upon arrival I found that I was forced to park in a lot adjacent to the building (The ONLY parking lot) that charges roughly $5 per hour to park. The office did not pre-disclose that I would be forced to use pay only parking. I entered the building for my appointment that costs roughly $125 (to spend 6 minutes with Dr. Dilley) and subsequently entered the office on the forth floor.
