I went in in September to buy a Bear tag. I was standing at the counter. The clerk had to call someone up to do the license. A kid wearing one of those carnival cowboy style hats (the scrunched up kind you buy at the fair) helped the person behind me, let him cut in front of me, even though he knew I was in line, and arrived first.
