Absolutely horrible experience. Service was literally non-existent, would never call me back, never checked email or connected with my insurance company so my car sat there for 9 days waiting on an email that was in their inbox (i was copied on the email). Nothing was done, never reached out to the insurance company until I, the customer, fascilitated the conversation between the insurance company and the body shop. When we had our car in the shop here, there was nothing but negligence and complete incompetence. Took them 3 months for repairs and only because I had to keep helping them find parts. They also kept forgetting to order parts and wouldn't tell me until I called. Had to take the car 3 times back to them after they said it was good to go because they kept forgetting stuff. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and urgency at this body shop. My vehicle was towed there a month ago after a collision, shortly after picking up the vehicle I noticed the steering alignment was slightly off still. I called in and was told I could bring the car in. I dropped it off Wednesday at 10:44am and was told it would be looked at by a guy named John. 4pm comes around and I call in to check the status, I was told it was in service and would be ready by end of day—but they close at 6pm, so I’d ne... read more
