We had an issue with our 2023 Palisades and could not have had a better experience with the estimator Johnathan Delgado Castaneda. After a very pricey quote at another shop, he gave us what we thought as a fair price substantially lower than the first place. His customer service is A-ONE and we will be back if we need another repair.

At pick up when we noticed something that needed to be fixed, John was very receptive and apologetic and we were able to get it fixed in a timely manner.
