Antiquated office can't keep up with modern methods. A truly horrible paralegal who didn't do her job, gaslighted me, yelled at me and hung up on me (I've got witnesses). Then she blocked me from contacting him directly! Due to the lack of effort and communication on their part I had to fire him.
