My name is Gloria Gagne. I had a Total Hip Replacement on February 9. Dr Dennis Chen was my surgeon. Great experience with little pain thanks to his protocol. His organization made it so much easier with a day by day binder telling me what to expect.
Saw Dr. Chen yesterday for hip and knee issues. New, friendly, efficient office. Less that 5 minute wait. The doctor spent a lot of time with me, discussing various options to consider before resorting to surgery. Pleasantly surprised with his listening skills--when I read his extensive post-visit summary, it was spot on. I felt very comfortable with him as my new orthopedic doctor. It's great having additional options so much closer than Jacksonville.
Very professional, takes time to speak with the patient about any problems.
